BVCM provides all components within the Order to Cash process. From outsourcing to secondment, from debt collection to legal proceedings.
From the start in 2005, we have been fully committed every day to achieving the optimal result for our clients. After all, you're only as good as your last result. We have since grown into an international full service credit management specialist. We are allowed to use our services for hundreds of clients in the Netherlands and far beyond.
We continuously develop ourselves and follow the latest technological possibilities on a daily basis in order to fulfill all the credit management wishes of our clients.

Socially responsible debt collection
As a member of the NVI, BVCM acts according to the Code of Conduct and the Debt Collection Hallmark, which stand for Socially Responsible Debt Collection. Thus, we guarantee a careful and transparent approach within clear standards.

AFM
The AFM sets clear requirements for collection agencies and credit providers to protect consumers. Since November 14, 2016, credit providers may only work with parties that have an AFM license when mediating consumer credit.
