Hands-on training

Effective approach
Our teachers and trainers know the practice from personal experience within a variety of service companies: from financial institutions to non-profit organizations. BVCM's training courses are distinguished by small groups. Our trainers make the participants jointly responsible for their own success. All training courses focus on personal development. In addition, the assignments and role plays are based on one's own practice. The trainers actively share knowledge and experiences with the trainees and give the participants practical objectives.

All BVCM trainings are interactive and practice-oriented: you receive tools and techniques that you can immediately use in your daily work. Even after the training, you can continue to benefit from our feedback and advice and we provide coaching on the job if desired. Because we map out your work situation and learning goals in advance, the training always connects seamlessly to your daily practice.

Customized training
At BVCM, we offer customized training, fully tailored to the needs of your organization. Together we determine the content of the training beforehand, taking your objectives and the results you want to achieve as our starting point. In this way, we ensure that the training is optimally aligned with your practice. We agree on the duration of the training with you.

Number of half-day sessions and rate

It is two half-day sessions including lunch. The price per participant is € 495 for BVCM clients and € 595 for non-clients. This amount is exclusive of VAT, including lunch and course materials.

Cancel/reschedule participation
In the unlikely event that you cannot participate in the training, you can cancel your registration free of charge up to 5 working days before the start of the training. If you cancel later than 5 working days before the start of the training we will charge 25% of the training price.

Cancellation by BVCM
When there are too few participants, BVCM has the right to cancel a course or reschedule to another date. We realize that this can be inconvenient and, whenever possible, try to come up with an alternative.
