At the very first meeting we were introduced to BVCM's professional approach.

No smooth sales pitches but really 'to the point' it was explained to us what BVCM could do for Tyco. BVCM stands for a personal approach and the communication with our regular contact person, accounts receivable manager Joost, is very smooth, both by phone and email.

What strikes us most is that every file, regardless of whether it is a high or low outstanding amount, is handled with expertise to achieve a positive result. At BVCM, no standardized pattern of a few phone calls or letters but a real collection process adapted to our business and aimed at achieving quick and efficient results.
