Effective Approach

Our instructors and trainers have firsthand experience working in a wide range of service-oriented organizations, from financial institutions to nonprofit organizations. BVCM’s training programs are distinguished by their small group sizes. Our trainers empower participants to take ownership of their own success. All training programs focus on personal development. In addition, the assignments and role-playing exercises are based on real-world scenarios. The trainers actively share their knowledge and experiences with the participants and provide them with practical goals.

All BVCM training programs are interactive and practical: you’ll gain tools and techniques that you can immediately apply in your daily work. Even after the training, you can continue to benefit from our feedback and advice, and we provide on-the-job coaching if desired. Because we assess your work situation and learning objectives in advance, the training always aligns seamlessly with your daily practice.

Customized Training

At BVCM, we offer customized training programs, fully tailored to the needs of your organization. Together, we determine the content of the training in advance, based on your objectives and the results you wish to achieve. This ensures that the training is optimally aligned with your practical needs. We will coordinate the duration of the training with you. Number of half-days and fee

The training consists of two half-days, including lunch. The price per participant is €595 for BVCM clients and €695 for non-clients. This amount excludes VAT but includes lunch and course materials.

Canceling or Rescheduling Participation If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the training, you may cancel your registration free of charge up to 5 business days before the training begins. For cancellations made less than 5 business days before the training begins, we will charge 25% of the training fee.

Cancellation by BVCM

If there are too few participants, BVCM reserves the right to cancel a course or reschedule it to a different date. We realize this can be inconvenient and will try, where possible, to offer an alternative.

E-Invoicing Information Session

During this interactive session, we’ll walk you through the key steps of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process—from lead generation to collections. We’ll show you how to set up these processes so they’re not only efficient but also fully compliant.

With the rise of government platforms and stricter rules surrounding e-invoicing—such as the mandatory submission of invoices via Peppol or other national systems—compliance is becoming increasingly important. You’ll gain insight into how your organization can prepare for these changes and how to make your processes future-proof.

We’ll share real-world examples, provide practical guidance, and open the floor for questions and discussion. That way, you’ll go home with actionable knowledge and a fresh perspective on financial process management.
