BVCM handles every aspect of the Order-to-Cash process—from outsourcing to staff secondment, and from debt collection to legal proceedings.
Since our founding in 2005, we have been fully committed every single day to achieving the best possible results for our clients. After all, you’re only as good as your last result. We have since grown into an international full-service credit management specialist. We are proud to serve hundreds of clients in the Netherlands and far beyond.

Socially Responsible Debt Collection
As a member of the NVI, BVCM operates in accordance with the Code of Conduct and the Debt Collection Quality Seal, which stand for socially responsible debt collection. In this way, we ensure a careful and transparent approach within clear standards.

AFM
The AFM sets clear requirements for collection agencies and credit providers to protect consumers. Since November 14, 2016, credit providers have been required to work only with parties that hold an AFM license for consumer credit brokerage.
