6 years ago, PontMeyer made the decision to transfer collection files to BVCM. The reason for choosing BVCM was the flexibility and the way BVCM went along with our demands and wishes. In addition, the drive and knowledge in handling our files and especially the thinking along in improving processes and performance. Given the results and developments, it has been a good choice!

Despite the fact that the number of cases and total principal amount are structurally declining, BVCM continues to think along with us in order to offer the right quality, achieve results. To make the processes (even) more efficient, which we expect from a debt collection company. We can therefore rightly conclude that BVCM is a collection partner rather than a collection agency.
