Our Romanian employees at Vos Logistics in Cluj-Napoca successfully completed the English-language trainings, Communication with Customers and Colleagues & Telephone Collection.

Below are some points I gathered from all colleagues who participated in the Collection training we had:

• Explicity, clarity, very good knowledge & understanding of Collection process for Logistics area.
• Very good explanation and integration of the 2 modules: Communication with customers & Telephone Collection.
• Very good method of teaching and explaining different types of self-psychology for smoother debt collection process.
• Effective training based on role playing to improve our daily role as a debt collector.
  Many tips and tricks shared by the trainer regarding how we can be more efficient in debt collection.
• Better understanding of our role within the company
• Identification of how we perceive certain situations and how to eliminate unimportant actions/information by being more assertive and following the steps of negotiation to get the best result.
• Good approach to the subject; not a criticism, but added value to the already existing base.

We probably would have liked more role plays (effective way of learning) and probably a longer training period. Overall, our common opinion is that it was a great experience that we would definitely like to repeat.
